We were 4 minutes late and the driver already left without us.
The driver added an extra stop to our route to drop off someone, which was very helpful. The car was fine, and the drive was smooth and safe.
We had trouble locking the apartment door and were 4 minutes late to come down to the street, and the driver had already left. I had no phone and no way to call or email him, and I was locked out of the apartment. Fortunately we were able to ask someone else to call the driver, but I did not like this. We could have missed our flight, and we paid a lot of money for this car.

The drive to the hotel was fast.
I do not believe that the driver was waiting for me when I first emerged from the baggage claim area, as I did not see him.
