Drive was right there waiting for me and took me directly to the ship. On the return he was right there waiting when I exited with my luggage and brought me right to my hotel in Rome. He was a great help with bags as well. Highly recommend this service.
On the way from Rome to the port, the pickup was prompt and efficient.
On the way from the port to the airport, the car did not arrive on schedule and I was not contacted. I first called the driver who did not speak English well, and when I then called the office I was told that the car had broken down and they had dispatched another one. I did not find this credible as the length of time it took for the car to arrive indicated that it was not actually sent until I called.
