Pick up service was good to airport. Return to airport was very confusing for pick up . Did not get a text /call or Email. Cost should have been $200.00 round trip for 4 people ( $50.00 round trip per person = $200.00) they charged my card with 2 transactions of $215.00( total $430.00)! My total cost should only be $200.00 not $430.00. This also caused us to miss our flight because there was no room in the van for us and told us set would have to radius another 40 minutes for pick up! E ended up calling an Uber!!

Was late for return pick up from port back to the airport, we had to wait 1 hour after got off the ship.
Descent van
We had to wait each time, but having called the driver 30 minutes before we got off of our ship, and having to wait an hour after we got off the ship was ridiculous. Punctuality should be a must in this profession, then we had to go pick up others from another ship….

Did not meet expectation for departure and pick up times.
Vehicles were clean and ran smoothly
Pressured into showing up at the airport one hour prior to booked time for departure. I booked 11:30am and started receiving calls at 10:30am to hurry and arrive because they were waiting on my party (8 calls total between 10:30am and 11:15am when we arrived). We were also picked up 50 minutes after scheduled time from cruise port with no contact from the driver until 30 minutes after the scheduled time of 9:45am. I will not use this service again

FLAT TIRE

Driver didn’t bring van as only my husband and I….not 15 minutes in he blew a back tire on the car…..we were sitting on the edge of the Highway with trucks whizzing past us at 80 miles an hour while he tried to change the tire…..he could not get the lug nuts off and called tow truck who successfully got the spare on 40 minutes later. we decided it would be safer to get out of the vehicle….it was hot and humid and I got several chigger bites on my feet that pitched and ooozed for the entire weeks cruise…..definitely requesting a refund but we did tip the driver as he tried his best ???

Great friendly driver
Low cost of travel from the airport to hotel.
First driver that showed up had a attitude and didn't want to give any information on anything.
We enjoyed the on-time pick-up, clean vehicle and friendly service.
The driver was very friendly.
I has specifically requested a van for just my party of 6 when booking and was told that would be the case. We ended up on a larger bus and picked up another family on the way. It was fine as the bus was large and nobody was crowded together. On the return trip we did have a private van for just our party. The overall experience was very good.
