From our arrival to Orlando Airport to our departure back to the Orlando Airport, customer service was top notch.
Very communicative. Worked with me on our flight into Orlando when our arrival time was delayed by almost 4 hours. Astro Limo could have just abandoned us, but they didn't. A driver was ready and waiting when we arrived late and tired with my mother-in-law in her wheelchair. Highest of recommendations.

The drivers were very professional and arrived ahead of schedule for our return trip to the airport!
We had a safe, direct, efficient ride from MCO to Disney's Grand Floridian in an accessible van that perfectly accommodated the 4 of us and our luggage.
Toney was very courteous and easy to find in the rideshare pickup area at MCO. Great communication before each of our pickups (from the airport to Disney and back to the airport after our trip). He knew how to safely secure my daughter's wheelchair into the accessible van, so I felt safe traveling with him. The van was impeccably clean.

Our driver drove too fast, made people in the fast lane move over, and I felt uncomfortable.
I liked that our driver was on time.
I did not like how our driver stayed in the fast lane and tailgated the entire ride. In addition, I requested an SUV to transport us and my motorized scooter, but our driver showed up both times in an old Caravan.

My experience was excellent
I arrived early from my flight. I called my driver and he arrived within 15 minutes, so I didn’t have to wait any additional time for pick up. My driver was professional, helpful and very kind.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

taxi company keeps its agreements well and arrives on time
We used Astro Limo 3 times during our vacation in Orlando for wheelchair transportation. All 3 times the taxi was well on time and the rides were good and drivers helpful

Limo was on time. Driver was respectful. But the car was not the one I selected in the website. I selected an all black limo and got a different car.

Car was not the one I selected online. I selected an all black limo and got a mostly black limo with a white roof which looked weird and out of place.
