Driver never showed up at the airport despite 3 phone calls and 3 text messages.
Nothing
Plane was delayed so I text the company 3 times to let them know asking for some sort of confirmation. Nothing. Called 3 times. Left voice messages twice. Third time I reached the driver who said to text him the info. I told him I already had but would again. Again nothing. Now I'm trying to get my prepaid $ back.

Driver did not show up
This went extremely poorly overall and I can’t recommend this service unfortunately. I am still waiting to get half my money back for the no show.
We scheduled our pick up for the airport 2+ months in advance and received confirmation emails as well as a text message the night before for a 5:30am pickup. Our driver never showed up, forcing us to call an Uber last minute to get a ride to the airport. We were stressed and pressed for time leading up to an 11.5hr flight, and JLL really failed to deliver service when we needed it most. We gave them another shot to get it right for our ride home and they showed up, but it wasn’t the professional service we were expecting as no one helped us with our bags or even said good morning, and the car wasn’t what we had ordered. It wasn’t in the livery lot either which I felt was odd and confusing as that wasn’t made clear by anyone.
I didn’t want to write this review and offered not to if I could please get half my money back for the no show, but I don’t want anyone else to go through this so here I am. Think twice before hiring if you have to get somewhere at a precise time!

I cancelled and they are refusing to answer and refund me
I cancelled in advance and they are refusing to answer me or send me a refund. Wouldn’t recommend using.

No stress
I was picked up on time!! Drivers contacted me the day before to confirm- which gave me their direct number- so ai could reach them directly. Cars were comfortable. I did not need to worry about anything!

Drivers were on time and friendly.
Not having to drive to the airport.
The gratuity which I thought the driver would get but didn't, so I paid extra gratuity to the driver.
Driver was on time. He was also friendly and courteous. Great experience.

The driver was polite, the car was good shape
Driver was initially slow to respond to text. Afterwords it improved a lot.

My driver was right on time. Easy to find him , he gave me very clear direction.
Very reliable. Good driver. Very calm and professional
I would probably have loved it if bottled water had been provided in the car. That would be the only comment I could make. It’s a small gesture, but one that would really have been great.
