I have had better experiences with other companies.
I like the pick-up and drop-off points. Most companies only go as far as Nelspruit or White River, so I like that Bushveld Link goes all the way to Hazyview. I also like that they had a pick-up point in Midrand and several other places in Johannesburg.
The bus was 45 minutes late. The driver had road rage and was often hooting at other drivers. He also drove very fast which felt particularly dangerous around the curved, hilly roads. He was stopped by the traffic police once and it sounded like he told the officer that he has been trying to get his PDP but he is busy driving on the days that the department is open. I could've misheard but it seemed like he doesn't have a PDP. I would book this bus again but I hope I get a different driver next time.
I have used the services often but my latest trip was not a pleasant experience.
The car was clean and it good condition. Pick up time was punctual.
Driver was not polite. He didn't communicate during stops. We didn't get Toilet breaks except for 1 and we were instructed not to shop in our choice of stores and only given 10 minutes for a 7hour trip. I don't mind if there are challenges on the route but polite communication regarding challenges should be clear...Driver was able to take smoke breaks at all stops.

Awesome, affordable felt safe throughout my trips, definitely using their services again!
Driver shows dedication to ensuring everyone's safety on the roads. And the calm atmosphere
Great service but the driver was very rude and abrupt. Cigatette hanging out his mouth the whole time, rolling his tobacco while driving . Very unapproachable and rude.
Great option to get from the airport to Lydenburg. Great price.
Driver was rude and unapproachable. Smoking all the time while packing the vehicle and rolling cigarettes while driving.
