Was picked up and driven to the airport safely and on-time!
The price was reasonable! I was so pleased the ride came earlier than expected. The driver was so courteous and pleasant. The van was clean and air-conditioned. Was worried about catching my flight due to several stops, but was assured we had plenty of time and we did! I plan to use the service again in the future.
There was nothing I didn't like. But if I have to mention one thing, perhaps it would be that I would have prefered not to have had to transfer cars at Orlando Intern'l and hop in another car for the rest of the ride to Sanford airport. It was such a smooth transition that honestly it was just a minor inconvenience. I can understand why these things happen and like I said it was minor and honestly didn't mind at all. The experience overall was great!

Terrible, I needed a shuttle at 9am, they could not get me one till 11am.
Nothing.
Everything. Company refused to refund money when they could not pick up at correct time.

We booked for 9:30am and were basically off the ship by 8 because we had to be. We were kinda hoping we could just be picked up earlier, but basically stuck to 9:30, so had to wait outside in gross humidity with 2 kids for an hour and a half. Kinda our own doing though.
Good communication early in the morning, went south after that.
Poor timing, poor communication, and went to Orlando first to drop off another couple, so we didn’t get to Sanford until 2 hours after our original pick up time.

Overall good, would be nice to know that there were other passengers
Our driver was great, he was kind and respectful and did his best given the circumstances
We had a few stops before we were to be dropped off at our flight gate; we were there with less than 5 spare minutes— as someone with a lot of travel anxiety, it would be nice if things were scheduled a little bit more accordingly, especially when we gave the information for our flight during booking

Driver texted and talked while driving and was speeding over 85. Swerved several times to avoid people in lane.
