I made a reservation for a car to pick me and my toddler up at the airport. The car was on time. However, the car seat was a booster rather than a car seat. Also, if was not rear facing. The driver told me he would send another car. I waited 20 minutes so I called the office. They told me that they didn't have any cars available. I had to take the train after a long flight to get to the hotel.
