Driver called to confirm we had made our ferry and pick up time.
Driver called to confirm we had made our ferry and pick up time.
On arrival we had a large party travelling with us and we were expecting a private vehicle. As Masks are no longer mandatory we were hoping to not be exposed to many people (if we could avoid this the elderly members of our party are immunocompromised). We also had to wait for them to be ready as they seemed a bit drunk.
Also we didn't get a call or text for pick up so unsure if they were waiting for us.

Fantastic service and great communication
The communication when the ferry was late, our driver was informed immediately and rescheduled our delayed pickup. Very impressed with this service and the driver was great

Great smooth experience.
Clean nice Shuttles, friendly on time drivers. We had a perfect experience using Waiheke Shuttles. Highly recommended.
Our group enjoyed the experience, driver was well presented and on time for pick up and drop off. Wonderful service and will definitely be using this service as our preferred provider.
