Completely unacceptable experience for Logan arrival pickup.
No "uniformed professional driver" waiting with a sign at baggage claim. Instead of a luxury sedan, we got a dirty small car with no room in the trunk for bags, as it was full of the driver's personal effects. Pickup was late, and he couldn't pick us up in the limo area because he did not have a license to do so. Avoid at all costs!

I canceled this reservation weeks ago. Was asked to send my confirmation info. I did. Expected a refund. Did not receive it. A driver showed up anyway.

Nothing. The ride was scheduled, I received 2 confirmation emails and was left with no ride. I called and emailed to request a refund and have not received communication or a refund.

No one actually paid any attention to the flight number we sent so went to the wrong terminal, and then was annoyed at us!

Not one thing went right.
They were 1 hour late. 10 calls to get them to my address. They put in the wrong Street address. Stressed us out about making our flight. Never got out of the car to help with bags. Beeped the horn even though we were standing outside waiting for him. Driver almost caused a head on collision while doing GPS while driving. No breaks in car, check engine light on and low tire indicator on. We were scared and stressed out in this car. Not to mention the guy on the phone lieing to us saying 5 more minute, 5 more minutes. 1 hour is not acceptable!!! Never again. No recommended!!

When I called I was told no one was available to pick me up. I expect a full and was surprised no one ever called me to apologize
By no fault of the driver, or your company as our flight was delayed so original car/driver had left by the time we arrived
I phoned the day before to receive a confirmation of my ride, and asked that if it could be 15 minutes earlier. That was not done, and I barely made my flight.
Fast and on time
Despite the fact that I paid in advance online, my mother was asked how she would like to pay once she boarded the car. Prepayment should be communicated to the driver, no? Amd if it is why is the driver asking?
