The driver didn’t have the right number or could not reach me, although the number on the reservation is correct. I think the driver may have notbunderstood it was a foreign number?? The phone service at the company couldn’t connect me to the driver so could not help. I finally connected 30minutes later, so we left with almost 40minutes delay.
Driver friendly.
Poor service at the front end and the operator at the company was very nice but basically could not find me driver or connect me.

Driver was 15 minutes late in picking up and journey took a lot longer than estimated - heavy traffic was the cause

I paid for round-trip.
I would like a refund for the round-trip immediately. I was told by your driver that you were not allowed to do that, but you charged me for the return trip anyway.

Driver was on the phone with some kind of friend/fortune teller the whole time. It was entertaining but probably annoying for others.
Safe scenic drive. Good value.
The trunk could not fit our two suitcases so we had to fold down one seat in the back, which made the ride less than comfortable for people in the back. We only had two suitcases for 5 people so this was unexpected. We did not have this problem coming from Login to the hotel.

I didn't appreciate the fact that they never showed up, that they are not licensed to pick people up at the airport, and that they kept lying to me on the phone about being just a couple more minutes away.

They could not get to the pickup on time so I had to drive my two guests to Logan airport myself. Useless!
They would have arrived at the pickup 45 minutes late. The passengers would have missed their flight if there was heavy traffic in Boston.
