This company no showed and left me stranded at the airport late in the evening with my husband and my exhausted screaming 2 year old in 90 degree heat after our 17 hour flight and 7 pieces of luggage . We called for hours prior to arrival, left numerous voicemails and the company wouldn’t answer the phone or get back to us. It was an absolute nightmare to find a ride for our 30 mile ride back home with all of our luggage. DO NOT HIRE this company for they don’t care about whether your family gets home safely.
I cannot rate this service high enough! Incredible value for money. Our Driver was courteous and professional and there were stringent Covid precautions. We left spot on time and made excellent time to White River.
The vehicle was spotless and in tip top condition. Musical entertainment, a quick pit stop and before I knw it we had arrived.
We had to make a couple of detours to collect students which did hold us up. But I cannot complain as this is a wonderful safe service for parents.

I showed up to the airport, car was cancelled was not sent an email or given any support for this. Terrible service

Size of the vehicle, comfortable and cool. Complimentary water bottle. Driver had a fabulous personality and answered all of our questions. My 3 sons were with me and had never been to Atlanta. Lots of questions
My greeting sign was supposed to say Lilly Boys (it was a guys trip to the ballpark for a long weekend) sign just had my name instead. I wanted to surprise my boys at the airport, make them feel special.
