Driver was prompt and courteous. Kept up his enthusiasm even through rush hour traffic on I4 in Orlando by the airport when most people would rather not even drive during that time.

Very professional and easy to coordinate.
Alex and Carlos were prompt and courteous. The vehicle was very nice and clean. Smooth ride.
Driver arrived at 6am for 7:30 pick up. Continued calling me and telling me he arrived and had another pick up. Cruise ship didn’t even dock until 7am. Rude! Van was filthy and smelled of urine. He didn’t speak the entire ride! Horrible experience!!!
Great communication prior to arrival and while waiting for our luggage via text.
Language barrier with the driver. Placed all the luggage in the second row of the van after being told 3 times we had someone that needed to sit there because of car sickness.
