Good morning Cassandra going my emails when you have a chance there's an email from limofly please write them a review I needed them to pick my daughter up from her mom's to get it to the airport in Florida because I don't trust the mom the mom is very unreasonable and requested a female driver only limo fly was more than happy to accommodate my request showed up on time got my daughter to the airport safely very grateful

Limo was over one hour late at pic up so walked all over airport trying to find meeting place ,very frustrated

Our drivers were professional and friendly. The cars were clean and comfortable.
Great vehicle and price. Driver went out of his way to accommodate us.

Denis was our driver and he was amazing. Nothing but great things to say about our experience. Definitely book with them again.
The entire experience was great. Our driver Denis was amazing. We talked the entire way to Legoland, his interactions with our kids was great. I'm a stickler for good drivers and his driving skills were great. The vehicle was clean and well kept with lots of space
The confirmation email we receive just prior to our departure date still indicated that the flight number was required when it had been provided in the online booking. Just a software item to correct.

They forgot to pick us up! It was a disaster!
Our first driver was great.
No one will answer the phone at dispatch and you can’t get in contact with a supervisor ever!
Great accept having to wait 20 minutes for the pic up.
The vehicle was very clean and nice and the drivers were nice as well. Also liked the confirmation communications.
I booked a pick up time based on our flight arrival and the fact we did not check bags. Then had to wait 20 minutes because they watch your flight and assume you have checked bags. They should be there for the time you book or ask if you will have to wait for bags instead of assuming. 20 extra minutes in the airport is a lot to deal with at 11pm.
