The first ride was great, return trip not so much.
Kind and on time.
2nd driver seemed pushy. He was there 15 min early so we felt like we had to rush. At one point on the way to the airport he was going 90. With my child in the car. I didn’t feel safe, she didn’t feel safe. By the time we got out of the car I was shaking so hard Lady at security asked me if I was okey.
Everything. Every time I've used the sevice has been 10/10.

Relaxing trip. Excellent service.
Driver was prompt (actually early!) and courteous. He wore a mask and gloves which was much appreciated. Car was spotless. We felt safe and well-cared for.

Best black car experience I've ever had!
Car arrived early, car was spotless, driver was extremely polite and was wearing a mask and gloves which we appreciated given the current climate. 10/10.

very pleasant experience, driver was very well presented and helpful.
The car was very clean and well maintained and the driver was very smart and well turned out. There was bottled water for passengers and the whole thing was very welcoming. This company is very reliable and communication is excellent with phone calls the day before as a reminder and another when the driver arrives to collect you. I would definitely use this company again.
I had a phenomenal experience, it could not have been any better!

Great, dependable service.
Was notified & confirmed by Orlando Black Car prior to pick up. Driver contacted me to make sure we had arrived. Driver was waiting for us in baggage claim.
Used Orlando Black Car Service for a round trip. They were excellent and would use again.
