The vehicle and route were great
The vehicle was great, had plenty of room for our luggage and 8 passengers + more passengers from another group back to the airport
The driver was late, and my fault - I should have scheduled an earlier pickup as we stood in the cruise terminal for over an hour waiting.

Excellent, easy shuttle ride to the airport from the port. Highly recommend!
Driver DeAndre communicated well, had the car seat we ordered for my toddler, and got us to the airport safely and on time for our flight. Thanks DeAndre!

It was a great experience and we had no issues at all.
Our flight was later than the shuttle service allowed but the company was kind enough to schedule a car and driver for the same cost. He was there within minutes. Very nice car and the driver was very personable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our hour trip to the hotel. Will definitely use them in the future.

the driver was not able to find us i kept trying to tell him where i was and he kept trying to get me to go somewhere else and i kept trying to explain that I couldn't go back inside the terminal to go back to a drop off point i had exited customs the port doesn't even know who this company is they had never heard of them. Save your money just get off the cruise and book cocoa beach shuttle at the port its 30,00 per person for a ride in a nice bus to the airport.
The vehicle (15 passenger MB) was great as were the drivers. The drivers were on time and communicated well regarding our pickup at the Orlando Airport as well as our return pickup at Sky Princess taking us back to the Orlando Airport. KUDO's to all involved in making our reound trip to/from the Orlando Airport.
Communication was great. I booked on behalf of my mother and not only did they communicate with her but also with me (that she got picked up, change of driver, etc. etc.). Very nice.
