Communication was great. I booked on behalf of my mother and not only did they communicate with her but also with me (that she got picked up, change of driver, etc. etc.). Very nice.

Easy contact, driver Rayon is very considerate and makes sure that you understand directions. Pleasant and quick ride in comfort
Orlando express got us to our destination safely and in a timely manner.
Our driver was courteous. He contacted me in the morning of our pickup and was at the airport ready for us when we arrived. He was kind, polite, and a good driver.
While we were driving he had his phone on a stand in front of him and was scrolling through reels and listening to them while we were in the high speed lane of the highway. We found this unprofessional and a safety risk. Once he saw that we noticed he got off his phone. This happened twice throughout our ride. Also a suggestion for the drivers cars ( a magnet identifier on the side of the car to make it easier to identify).

Truely enjoyed working with Ray and driver Tesfa was very polite, prompt and accommodating.

Our driver was prompt and efficient and got us where we needed to be on time.
The driver waited for one passenger whose luggage didn't make it off the ship on time.
I booked the wrong day by mistake. Dispatcher arranged a new pickup for us.
