Polite. On time. Got to where we needed to go
Drivers were polite. They were on time. They got us to where we needed to be on time safely.
6/19/19- Sedan- advertised for 4 passengers and 4 pieces of luggage was too small. We had 3 passengers (one was 9yrs old) and 3 pieces of travel luggage. One suitcase had to go in the front seat. Back seat was a bit cramped. Driver played music that was not appropriate for a 9yr old to hear, but changed the station when asked.
7/10/19- Sedan was a bit larger (Cadillac) a bit more leg room in the back seat, but suitcase still needed to go in front seat. Maybe the website should specify “4 small suitcases “ we had 2 large and one medium for a 3 week vacation. Not a business trip. Driver was very nice.
