10 minutes from the time I was due to be picked up. I looked outside and Alex was waiting for me. He made my early morning ride to the airport, so safe and enjoyable.
Great experience the lady that answered the phone was so friendly and went out of her way for us. The driver was so kind and polite , he was wearing his mask too. Thank you atl black for doing a great job!!!

I chose this service because Uber would not guarantee they could find a driver to take me 45 miles to the airport.
The car was large; clean; and luxurious. The driver was well spoken and helpful.

Car never showed up, placed 2 calls@5:45am & @ 6:15 am and was told NO. Car had been ordered despite having a confirmation #.Called a Lyft Driver and made my flight

Rep, who answered the phone was angry and despite my confirmation #, insisted no car had been ordered and hung up on me.

Car Was Late - Home Coming Students Left Standing Outside @ 10pm
The service called several times to ask if we were going to be waiting outside at ON TIME for the scheduled 10 minute ride for $150 (after tax and tip). I confirmed 8 kids would be outside at 10p to be picked up from a High School Home Coming Dance. The kids stepped out of the dance early time, but the Driver didn't post. Instead he called me post pick-up time to say he was still a ways out. The students were not allowed back into the dance (per the High School's rules), so they had to stand outside for 30 minutes to wait for my husband (who was already asleep) to arrive.
What was supposed to be a fun and magical memory turned out to be a disappointment and an exercise in frustration and lost time.
