Issues with booking - We mailed copy of student card with proof of payment. The ticket was sent to me about 6 or more times - a person called my daughter at University, on the day of her trip - saying that they had NOT received her student card, and that she had to re-send it. (I have proof of the initial email sent with proof of payment???) just seemed very unorganised in comparison to other bus transport companies that we have booked with for the same route.

Thank you to Petra, I had trouble paying with Payfast or whatever with my NZ debit card and she was very kind, helped me to pay in a different manner, kept my seat.
