David was prompt (early) and very sociable. His vehicle (Mercedes van) was exceptionally clean and wonderfully outfitted with thoughtful amenities (multiple charging stations, magazines, snacks, beverages, etc.). A very pleasurable journey.

Our driver was friendly, on time, and the vehicle was comfortable.
We liked the ease of transport. We used EC MINIBUS for each leg of our travels. Traveling to a foreign country and having a driver greet you and deliver you to your hotel, then the next day, take you to the cruise port with an excursion built in, and at the end of your holiday, pick you up post cruise and return to the airport made the experience delightful.

We had 16 people in my group & had 3 different pick up from Heathrow airport to Southampton Cruise terminal with stop overs on August 16 & 17. Also pick up from Southampton to Heathrow on August 29. We were very happy with all service. Spatially Kazi provided 2 services on August 16 & 17. We were vary happy his services. We will definitely use ECminibus services again. Communication with EC Minibus in setting up this transfer was great.
EC Minibus contracted this transfer from Southampton to London via Stonehenge and Bath with Bryant Travel. Our driver, James, was great in getting us to where we needed to be. We had timed tickets at both places and James had us there ahead of schedule.
Communication and booking was easy.
EC Minibus contracted our trip out to Bryant Travel and we loved our driver and van. A big shout out to James at Bryant Travel for a great job getting us from London to Southampton with a stop at Windsor Castle.
It would have been nice if EC Minibus had sent an email to let us know that Bryant Travel was handling the transportation. James, our driver, was on time waiting for us and we were sitting in the lobby of the hotel waiting for someone from EC Minibus. We didn't realize he was our transportation.
Booking and communication with EC Minibus was great.
Our driver was not waiting at the gate for us. Had to wait for about 15 minutes for him to show up. We were getting concerned that we did not have transportation. I did not have the international calling plan on my phone so I couldn't contact anyone. Driver did finally show up and was very apologetic. Apparently he heads to the exit area about 30 to 60 minutes after plane has landed due to customs and baggage collection. Our plane was 10 minutes early, we were one of the first ones off the plane, there were no lines in customs and our baggage was already on the beltway when we arrived, so we were at the exit area within 15 minutes. I understand that he doesn't want to be standing in the area for long periods of time but there were many other transportation companies already there waiting and picking up passengers on our plane.
