After a small hiccup to start with, which was rectified immediately, it was great.
Efficient, good value, safe, but with some significant hiccups that were resolved quickly and courteously.
Booking experience was easy. Driver was prompt, friendly, and at assigned meeting point. Price was reasonable. Issues were resolved amicably and quickly.
Air conditioning was broken in the van, making passengers in the far back seat extremely hot & uncomfortable on a several hour drive. Driver received incorrect information on where our stop would be, causing a change in plans.

Our driver was safe, timely, informative and friendly.
Martin was fantastic at showing us some of New Forest enroute to Stonehenge, instead of using busy motorway, it was greatly received by group.
He anticipated we would want to see more of the countryside, and had the foresight to bring a copy of the Stonehenge entrance ppd fees, which I forgot!
Absolutely nothing, Martin is a definite asset to this company!
