Overall very good experience! I had entered the wrong destination address and had to make a change late the night before. The change was made, a new confirmation Ed issued, and the driver was communicated with. Great customer service!

I would highly recommend EC minibus! It made our travel day so easy with pick up at the cruise terminal and drop off at Heathrow. The vehicle was very comfortable and our driver was great. Thank you!

Hard to find van at cruise terminal
Driver did a good job on road
Never saw a sign from driver. Finally called office and got a license plate. Maybe should have done that to begin with.

Excellent
We had a group of 13 arriving in two different terminals so needed 3 vehicles. Timely pick up and transfer from Heathrow to London hotel. I would highly recommend. The booking staff was great as well as I had to make a couple of adjustments along the way.

Excellent
Drivers were on time, helped with luggage and got us to the airport in a timely manner. There were 13 people total so we used two vehicles. London to Southhampton was a breeze! Highly recommend.
Great ride for our groups of 7 from the cruise terminal!
We had plenty of room for 7 and all our luggage. The Driver was friendly and helpful. Efficient ride to and from the cruise!
Nothing. It was worth the price paid.

One time, safe, comfortable transportion to Southampton
We loved the fact that your driver showed up a little early, got us loaded and safely got us to Southampton from London. We will definitely use you the next time we need transportation in the London area.
Nothing. Our experience with your company was exceptional!

Easy to book, great service, very professional and exceeded my expectations.
We used EC Minibus for an airport pickup to our hotel and later from hotel to Southampton cruise terminal. They stayed in contact with us through multiple flight delays and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived at LHR.
Everything went smoothly so the experience was positive from beginning to end.

When we came into town it was very hectic, the driver went out of his way to find us and get us going onto our destination.

I can say anything bad about our experience
