On time, big enough to accommodate 6 people and all luggage. Our driver, Mourad, was very kind and courteous, and a very cautious driver! We really wanted to see Stonehenge and ECMinibus made that happen on our way to the cruise port!

Excellent driver with a great personality
The driver kept us engaged in conversation for most of the journey (just over an hour). He was very professional, friendly, and a safe driver. his car was extremely clean. We would certainly use this service again.

Overall pleasant trip, very efficient and fairly priced way to get from London to Southampton cruise port.
The car was very clean, the driver was very friendly.
The driver was a little late and also spent quite a bit of time preoccupied with his phone.

In our trip from the hotel to the airport, we were extremely pleased with the pick-up service and the professionalism and competence of our driver, Joao.
Joao, our driver was singular in his courtesy and cheerfulness. He answered all our questions about the trip, and readily anticipated any of our potential needs.
We have no complaints at all, and are grateful for the service that EC Minibus provides and for a driver like Joao.
