Car was a piece of garbage, interior of the car was stained and really dirty. Driver didn't call when he arrived he just honked. When we got into the car the driver sat there for three minutes filling out paperwork some book. He took the slowest route possible. Lastly the one that makes the most irritated, when we got to the destination he claimed the credit card machine didn't work. I don't carry cash. So I sat in the car another five minutes while the driver" tried to get the machine working" as in he had to turn it on. Complete crap!
My driver was confused and drove me to the wrong location and then proceeded to try to disagree with my gps when I was trying to help him and tell him where to go. Also tried to guilt me into tipping him when I already paid online. Also why in the world would I tip after first be taken to the wrong location and then taking 20 minutes longer then the ride should have been.
I like the convenience and ease of the online booking. The driver was courteous and helpful
There was some miscommunication from my online booking and the driver didn't know where I was to be dropped off (airport - terminal 1). I'm not sure why this happened
We ordered several cabs days in advance for three different pick-up times. Every time one less cab than ordered showed up, meaning we had to scramble to get folks to their next destination. The response to this situation was rude and unhelpful.

Hi Pamela,
I looked up your orders and according to GPS, all cabs were at your orders within three minutes of your pick up time. All orders should allow up to 15 minutes past pick up time especially with multiple cab orders weather permitting.
We do a lot of rides each day and cannot assign rides ahead of time as it would be impossible. The very expensive dispatch system auto calculates about how much lead time in each area will be needed to get a cab to that location where a cab is needed.

I prepaid online and accidentally scheduled the wrong time. I called the company and you guys sent me a new taxi and cancled the old one. That was nice but you still charged me for the first trip, we had to pay the driver who picked us up separately. Shady business you have...

Our goal is not to rip customers off, but to help them get from A to B. We can refund your card if you paid twice no problem. It should have just been moved your prepaid ride over.
