I liked they were aware of our flight progress, so that as we retrieved our baggage at O'Hare, the car and driver was there to pick us up almost immediately, with virtually no curbside waiting. The car was clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly and knowledgeable. We had been gone for sometime, and, being from Lake Forest, he was able to update us on local developments in our absence. All in all a very satisfying and comfortable experience.
