I HAD BOOKED A 10 SEATER VAN FOR AIRPORT TRANSFER. INSTEAD THE TAXI COMPANY SENT ME TWO SHABBY LOOKING HYUNDAI 7 seater HATCHBACKS WITH BROKEN SEATS AND STINKING INTERIORS. I HAD NO OPTION THAN TO TAKE THIS AS I WAS LATE FOR MY FLIGHT.
THE DRIVERS WERE SHABBLY DRESSED AND HAD LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH. LOOKS LIKE THEY WERE NEW TO US. SO MUCH FOR PROFESSIONALISM???? WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SUBJECT TO INVESTIGATION.
The guy who gave me a call hung up in my face. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. I will spread the word of mouth for everyone to avoid this company. Hope no one has to ever go through the horrible experience I went through with this company.
Plane late so charged extra £25 I had to phone him he said thirty mins to get to us we were at stand 11 and he was at the other side of airport and told us to go him

On return Journey sent a car for six people and luggage told us to sit children on our knee and was thirty mins late even though we had phoned day before and confirmed time and three times while waiting it's a two man op and not yellow cabs so when looking for a yellow cab as name suggests the first car was grey return was a white car would not use again

It is not what we expected and not what we ordered. I ordered a 6 passenger SUV/Suburban and requested 2 car seats for my 5 and 7 year old. The driver arrived in a van and only had one booster. Then, on the day to be taken back to the airport, I received a phone call 4 hours before pick up requesting to get me and my family 1 hour earlier than I requested because he had another client order a car for the same time that I had requested. It became clear that this is a one man operation. I said I could not take my family (again, 2 young kids) to the airport to sit around for an extra hour and I would just take a refund and I'd find a new way to get to the airport. He said he'd "figure something out". He then showed up in a SMALL sedan with no room in the trunk for my 2 suitcases, the front seat covered in stuff (where my husband needed to sit) and NO booster seats. It was clear he asked his buddy to help him out. Needless to say, I was not pleased.
I was sold an upgraded SUV and was picked up on a mini-van that barely fit my family.
I was sold water in the vehicle yet there was none. The driver then called to inform us that he had double booked rides accidentally and would have to pick one ride up 1:30 early. A "friend" was recruited to pick up the other ride becuase he didn't want to give up the fair. No van or SUV but a standard size vehicle and an unlicensed driver.
This is NOT a business as represented on the internet. This is a one man show.

Early morning pick up was on time and very quick
The pick up was 415am so I was nervous about a no show but they turned up early which was fantastic.

The driver didn't show up. We had to use another taxi. I contacted them to be refunded and no one contacted me back.

Having to get another taxi I can't answer this !!
Had to get another $110 taxI from the airport. Could find the taxi ordered. And couldn't find any body in the airport who knew the company.
A little higher priced but it was at 3:30 am
