No one EVER PICKED us up. I called the customer service number alll day. I left a message and no one called me back. I had to pay more money to get a ride to airport. I need a refund on for the ride I never got.

No one showed up. Trying to contact for a refund.
Nothing. We waited and called multiple times along with emails. We were supposed to get a driver text us or message us the day of and no ever did.
Extremely maddening! Hard to rate the service when you didn't pick us up. Had to use alternative transportation.

They did not show up for our return trip. This review is for Port Canaveral Quick Shuttle.
Not much
The driver was not in the departure area where all the shuttles go. We had to phone him to find him. He was in the arrivals section and actually got admonished for that. We waited 2 1/2 hrs for him to pick us up for our return portion. We called the driver and the office. No one answered. So we had to to call a Lyft.
I also think that the reservation was misleading. They made it sound like the return trip was $100. Now we got an email saying the trip back was also $100.00. Making a total of $200.00???

No one showed up. We called no one answered. We emailed and no one replied. Issue full reimbursement asap.

Easy process, good communication
The van fit all 13 of us with our luggage comfortably. The driver was pleasant and communicated to make the process as quick and easy as possible.
