Okay service but a few issues with our experience
Pre arranged service that got us from point a to point b.
Overall the car service got us from point A to point B. However we had a few issues such as the driver showing up over 30 min late at the airport to pick us up and he was not wearing the uniform nor was the vehicle the same that was shared with us in photos previously. They graciously provided us with a discount based on this. Then On the return trip, our driver couldn’t find the address and spent an extra 30-45 min driving around trying to drop us off. Then he wanted to just drop us at the street and leave us there. We asked him to call the number of the place we were staying and he only did so after driving in circles for a while. As we said, got us from point a to b but didn’t have the best experience overall.
Excellent. Very punctual and great customer service.
I value punctuality a great deal.
Nothing at all. Very pleased with the service. I will continue using it.

Five minutes is very reliable service in a nice car and the price is lower than most private taxis ask.
Very good communication via WhatsApp as well as email. Prompt and professional pickup. No hesitation to pick up my luggage fo me.
The website posts that there is air-conditioning in all vehicles but in mine there was not. The driver explained that it had just broken the day before and it was a fairly cool day so I did not mind the temperature at all. However, I think the rate should’ve been lowered a tad and since some customers might be in need of airco, a warning is important.

Dangerous ride
The driver was waiting for us at the airport in time
The driver was driving really dangerous, we almost had a big crash with another car. Also, there was an intense smell of weed in the car

Easy pickup and drive from Managua to Leon.
We really enjoyed our driver Juan. He was entertaining but also professional.
The reservation confirmation said a different person in a different vehicle was picking us up.

Perfect/professional.
The car was clean, the drive easy. Like most travelers on a flight deadline, I worried about things like travel time and driving at night, but I needn’t have. The shuttle made it right on time, Francisco was very courteous, and everything went off without a hitch. Made it to the airport much earlier than anticipated!
I can’t think of anything. Everything was perfect.
