Their failure to assume responsibility for their unacceptable service. Didn't like them claiming that "somehow" the fault was mine even though I paid all charges in advance, including gratuity.
Orlando call taxi cab, is very great taxi company, my car brake down on the highway, I called one the name largest company they told me i would wait 45 minutes to get a cab. I waited two hours no body shows up, then I Google another which was was Orlando call taxi cab and within 15 minutes a cab was there, the driver name Louis very knowledge with the area I urge anyone to use this company because they rescue me when I was tuck on the High way in the middle of a highway. 1

I tried to get the discount applied by purchasing by credit card online, but when the driver dropped me off at the hotel, he said I needed to pay him at that time. It was confusing for me, and I didn't get the 10% online discount applied.
