Did not show up for a wedding party, had to ring which was stressful. Had emails to confirm but they insisted there was no booking.
Eventually showed up after a very lengthy conversation.
They then tried to charge more than the cost quoted on the emails.

Terrible
The car was fine
The taxi did not show up. Apparently my booking somehow got lost. The driver they then sent arrived much later than they said he would and was not very good.
Good but confusing....I rang the number on your website to change my booking, it went through to Skyline, who then didn't recognise I even had a booking!
Good value, easy to use website
My booking didn't exist with the company I spoke to after phoning your number....good job called!

Advertised they have a wheelchair accessible vehicle, luckily when I rang after booking online to double check thry got my booking as they do not have a suitable vehicle to wheel a wheelchair onto.
Initially I was the led my taxi was late, then that they could not send me a taxi as they had not confirmed by email. When I gave them the email reference they hung up. We were stranded with 2 young children. Will never use again!

Booking system confirmation is not a confirmation and the pick up was rejected without an obvious email & text to that effect
