My booked taxi didn't arrive! I had to phone and then missed the train I was intending to catch. The night manager and driver were very helpful but really disappointed with the online booking

I booked my taxi hours in advance, it didn't turn up at all. I had to call another one and it made me late for work. Also the price i was quoted online was not the same as the price in the car so it cost me more money.
It was a very terrible experience. I doubt if I will ever use your company again.

1. No driver came to pick me at the airport despite that my reservation was made about three weeks prior to the trip and it was confirmed.
2. Despite my repeated calls (about 7 times) and re-forwarding the confirmation email to the shift manager that was at work around 6AM, he insisted that there is nothing he could do as he claims that the reservation was not passed to him. He insisted that I should call back in the afternoon!!!
3. That was highly unprofessional.
