Used for airport pick up and drop off, on time for pick up; plane was 1hr late arriving on return but driver was waiting and communication was good. Careful driver, very polite. Car clean and tidy. Will use again.

Didn't get a cab. Booked to go to Luton Airport. But no cabs available as it was Eid
Took into account flight times as we were very late arriving
Driver seemed nervous and confused. Had trouble finding him at airport and he was not happy driving down road to house which is a bit isolated. The extra charge for second drop was a bit high considering distance.

Booked online using the exact location and given the price, driver decided to add additional cost on because it was further than expected, even though when I had booked they knew exactly where it was as the postcode was specific to the location.

Dreadful. Taxi was 40 minutes late despite being booked 4 hours in advance.
Nothing. Was so stressed.

Don’t bother booking online unless days/weeks in advance…. They do not monitor the web-booking page
They were courteous on phone
Had assumed Flitwick Taxis would have a basic attendance at Flitwick station at peak times…. They seem not to, “but other taxis are available”
Got off an international flight... had to call up to get any communications, driver was 30mins late. got us to our destination on time schedule but then late.... then tried to over charge us on an already fixed price. Where you set the bare minimum for a taxi pick up... probably not quite there.
