Communication was lacking. I received several emails from the company prior to my trip, but none of them told me where to meet them, what car to look for, etc. I had no idea where to go when I got the airport, and no one in the airport that I spoke with new Access Transportation. If I had been told to call the company upon arrival for further instructions, that would have been extremely helpful.

Paid for an SUV but got a sedan that barely fit our luggage!
The driver was courteous and the car was clean.
Did not get the car we paid for and was also charged additional airport drop off fee not disclosed on booking site.

The vehicle was clean and nice and the drivers were friendly.
There was some confusion on where to meet the vehicle at the airport but every other aspect of my time with Access was perfect and so that was minor.
