When getting picked up from the airport they have a tendency to text me while I am on the plane, I can't answer the text while I am on the plane so I don't know why they text me questions. Everything else with them is perfect!

Driver was reliable and top notch
Our adult daughter is special needs and the driver was very patient, respectful and accommodating for her. Because of him we felt safe using All American and will do in the future.

So much easier than I was worried it would be.
I knew I needed a ride home after landing late at night. I loved that I could arrange this in advance, unlike the uber/lyft options. Patrick was great.
I wasn't exactly sure how to find the driver until we landed and there was a text asking me to call when we landed. I'm a plan-ahead person and would have liked to have known ahead of time that we'd be picked up downstairs at LS2.
