My flight had issues, delaying me OVER AN HOUR and my driver stayed in communication with me via text the whole time and patiently waited.
I didn’t like that my company is stingy and only allowed me to pay a certain amount for the car service because otherwise, I would have tipped the driver 50% of the fare for how wonderful he was.
