Great bus but not well organised for reserved passengers!
Bus in good condition as well as the drive!
Did not have anyone to check for the reservation! Anyone who doesn't have the ticket can jump on the bus therefore many passengers cannot get on the bus even they have the tickets!
No stress way of getting to Chadstone shopping mall.
Comfortable bus and good drivers.
The number of people who surged onto the second bus that turned up to take us out to Chadstone on Boxing Day who hadn't prebooked was unbelievable. Felt sorry for the couple who had booked missing getting on.

Experience was good but the driver misbehaved with me for no reason. We made our booking and came on time at 2:29PM and hopped on. I didn't understand what was my mistake. Driver's name was BARBARA. Message to her "You are offering free service that does not mean you will tell anything tome any customer.instead of showing frustration on us customers you should be going and changing your system. If you dont know how to do that contact me I am a software engineer i will help you to do that by putting restriction on number of bookings or something like that"

The concept of a free fashion shuttle taking you directly to the Chadstone mall.
The driver's rudeness and lack of any explanation when we tried to get on the bus showing her our reservation, only telling us that the bus is full and won't take us on. What's the point of making a reservation if your seat is given away to others! And if we at least received an email before to let us know we wouldn't need to go all the way to Fed Sq. to be turned down so rudely and with no explanation of why this happened and if there's another bus on the way.

Driver never checked the booking ticket, and I have to wait for next bus although I have booked. It seems there is no use to do the booking online.
