Booked free shuttle services for five. Booking accepted. Arranged my day to fit in our half day visit to Chadstone. Reached Fed Square by 230. Bus is full and so 2 out of 5 of us was forced to stand. 240, bus driver asked those standing to leave the bus due to safety precaution. Showed the bus driver my booking confirmation email but that booking confirmation email proved to be useless trash.
No standing in the bus is reasonable BUT no shuttle service for those who booked is totally unacceptable! You, Chadstone, confirmed my booking. If the bus is fully booked, tell me! I can arrange it any other day. What is the point of having a booking system at the first place if your shuttle service do not rely on the booking system. it is basically first come first serve basis instead of book to avoid disappointment basis. Such a disappointment! Hope you will improve your shuttle booking system!

Unclear booking times on the website as there were more available timeslots that was not publish in the website. E.g. we took the bus on Boxing day only knowing the last bus was 6pm instead of actual last bus at 9pm?
Bus driver parked around the corner from where the sign was and where everyone was queueing. Made no attempt to let us know we were in the 'wrong' location. I wonder how long he would have sat there before driving off with an empty bus if one of the people hadn't gone around the corner to check? Very poor example for overseas visitors. We are from interstate and are aussies, i assume he just uses the excuse that those from overseas don't know any better.

That even though I had booked I was not a loud on the bus because it was full, dont let people on that havent booked or dont let more than how ever many seats there are on the bus book at one time
The bus stop had moved due to extra late night buses for xmas but no one told us or no signs at stop so the bus drove away without myself and 5 other people had to get an uber!! Nightmare for us all

The shuttle to Chadstone is so convenient and the driver Geoff is so polite and informative
The stop is on the main street and pick up is on the side street - confusing when waiting for the shuttle

I had a booking so was able to board straight away.
The bus left early so if I was running late I would have missed it. Booked for 6pm, bus left at 5.55
