The leather seats felt very luxurious. The air conditioning was amazing for a 37 degree day. It was so considerate for making this service free. The tourist passport idea was fantastic and the whole experience made chadstone seem so much more magical.
The bus stop at fed square needs an either bigger or more eye catching sign. If we had not asked for help we would have walked past the mundane brown sign.
I prebooked both pick up from federation square and drop off at chadstone, driver only checked pre booking from chadstone back to federation square, if there is a pre booking service then it should be checked at both pick up and drop off
