The bus didn't pull up in Flinders St where the sign said to board. It was around the corner, which is a better location, but we weren't informed of the change until the bus driver came over and told us.

We just passed by at took the bus to Chadstone, without info or time to notice that We needed à prebooking to return. Scaring - on our first day in Australia - to try to get info abuot the tricky way to return by ourselfs, before We at last managed to get booked on the last bus (18:00). Meaning à whole day at Chadstone instead of planned half day. You should inform about the risk of being stranded at Chadstone, when using your bus service!!

There was no order in boarding the bus at Fed square, people pushing and shoving to get on even amongst those with bookings. People that didnt seem to have bookings pretending they did to ensure they got a seat. Perhaps the driver or pick up area could have a proper line up a with 1st on scene 1st to board for those with bookings or the driver checking each passengers booking info as they board wich is what occured on return journey

It's free! Otherwise we wouldn't have made it to Chadstone. Roger , the afternoon driver was particularly friendly and efficient.
Although we had booked online, our morning driver ( not Roger) let everyone on before checking. We nearly missed getting a seat.

The bus driver of Bus plate 6639 which picked up us in the Federation Sq on the 8th of Jan around 11:30 am was not friendly at all.
