The bus was supposed to depart at 10.30. But because there were so many people, some of whom hadn't booked, there was a lot of time spent dealing with this. Not to mention the time taken in checking bookings. In cases where the departure time is known to be popular, like 10.30, the bus should arrive earlier to address the known issues so it can leave in a timely manner.
People should be also advised that they will need to provide evidence of their bookings. Fortunately mine was on the phone but the lady next to me did not as the booking had been made by her hotel.
We arrived literally 1 min late to the pick up stop and we'd missed the shuttle.Surely if you make people make bookings you could have some leniency in the time. You have a list of who has made bookings and who should be on the shuttle so a few minutes wait isn't too much to ask for.
