We could not get on the morning coach as we had not booked. As interstate tourists we did not realise our error. However, others who had booked could not get on the coach also. The problem was a very large group of elderly people, under the leadership of one pushy gentleman, who had a group booking. They took up most of the bus, leaving only a few seats for others. I felt sorry for the international tourists who had booked but could access the coach, as the pushy gentleman and his cohort bounced on first. They obviously knew what they were doing, or had done this before. We felt that large group bookings should not be taken. Such people should hire their own coach for their day trips, and not abuse the kindness of the Chadstone Shopping Precinct. On another note, I am sure that when bookings are made, the coach service is aware of the number of bookings and correlating seats to match. It was obvious to all that the elderly group had more people than they had bookings for, because the other people with bookings could not get on the coach. We did not let this worry us and returned later in the afternoon for our shuttle ride to the Chadstone shops. However, we felt that you needed to know how others felt. The service should not be for large groups, who should in reality and out of decency for others, hire their own transport.

Despite having booked I almost missed getting on the bus due to the crowd pushing to get on. There was no organised queuing system and no one checking peoples' bookings so the bus quickly became full and some people who had bookings were turned away.
Worst this time as not allowed to travel for bus being full
Even after booking I was not allowed to travel as bus was full. Driver said bus was overbooked. I will suggest to either check the bookings or make this service as first come first serve.
Male driver ran 5+ red lights in the one trip and drove very dangerously. He did not check bookings and just put everyone on the bus, and when the seats filled up people had to disembark who couldn't get seats and I think some of these people even had bookings. This driver should not be a bus driver and needs training in his role and as a driver of a large bus in the state of Victoria.
Other customers pushing & shoving to get on the bus. No ordered queue. Gave up on return trip & caught taxi instead! Utter rubbish! Will not use service again.

easy to book, but impossible to make changes to bookings on my smartphone. Caught an earlier bus and tried to cancel the later booking, but couldn't.
