This ride was very different from others I’ve experienced at Peachtree.
My family was picked up in a Honda Odyssey that looked like someone’s personal vehicle. It was not clean and the driver was wearing blue jeans and a y shirt. This is very different from my previous rides. I have had cleaner rides from Ubers and Lyfts.

Overpriced and did not send the van we were expecting
Did not have the correct two child car seats I requested and paid for. Driver was at domestic terminal and was obviously not tracking flight. We waited 25 minutes when the operator told us he was 5 min away. The van was a dingy personal van and not what we expected. Driver did not have mask on. I had to ask him to put it on Should have just gotten a taxi for better service and vehicle. Will not use this service again. Rather disappointing since we had great service the first time we used it

The drivers are kind and helpful. The last 2 times my driver has helped me into my house with my luggage.

Our trip to/from home and the Atlanta airport was pleasant, easy, and we felt very safe.
The space in the Expedition was perfect for our family of six along with all of our luggage. Very roomy and a smooth, quiet ride.
