Both drivers were courteous and efficent and made my experience great.
I was not dissappointed in anyway.

One seatbelt broken, driver using phone while driving
Vehicle was clean
One seatbelt was broken, requiring my son to ride on the interstate with no seatbelt. The driver said it has been broken since the previous day. This is illegal and dangerous. Also, the driver was using his phone while driving. Also illegal.

Takes the stress off driving to/from the airport!
Driver was very good. She gave us a very smooth ride.
Paid for "meet & greet
Arrived at international and went to arrival expecting to see a driver with my name. No such luck. Checked my phone and had a message from Julie to contact her. I told her we were waiting at international arrival gate A1. She messaged back to meet her at A3. She did not arrive for at least 10 minutes.

Takes the stress off driving to/from the airport!
Not having to fight the traffic to the airport on a Monday morning. Driver was excellent and got us there even earlier than I thought.
