The ride was very comfortable.
The driver who met us at the airport texted me to make sure he had the flight number. He met us at the designated area, got our luggage and escorted us to the vehicle.

Pleasantly surprised and truly overjoyed with the service!
I was very stressed about riding with a total stranger to the airport with my children. Julie was our driver, she had the carseat installed and helped me with luggage. She made me feel very comfortable trusting her to get my kids and I to the airport safely. I will never drive myself to and from the airport again, I will use this service!

Vehicle was very comfortable and driver was pleasant
Driver let my carry on suitcase roll down the hill and scratched it. It was brand new.
