Having to call UBER, remove the child seat from my car and then pay for it to be stored at the airport, where it was lost... you guys really, really, really are crappy!
it was terrible. I confirmed the date and time at least 4 times (last one 4 hours before the reserved time) and nobody showed up to pick me and my family up. I needed a mini-van for +6 luggages and couldnt find it calling other taxi services 3 hours before my flight. we start to panic since it was ruining our vacation. Finally I asked one of my neighbors to give me ride to the airport. don't work with these Mother F.:((((
nothing is likable working with this taxi service provider. the price seems ok but the confirmation is not an easy process. you should call a person or text and ask for confirmation email and you get it 10 hours after your request with wrong address/time. you should put another attempt to correct the problems and after everything seems right they do not appear at your door.

The driver was driving too fast cutting off other cars and I told him to slow down but he did not really slow down. I feel he is a risky driver. He also arrived 5 minutes late.
Could set up on internet and Driver to airport on time and good.
Driver FROM airport chastised us for being late, said he should not have waited for us: we said pick up at 30 minutes past scheduled landing time when we set up but the flight was 60+ minutes late [not our fault] and we knew he had flight # and airline info and thought he would check with airlines and see it was late. NOPE! We got a talking to and after I gave him a tip he said he would have to charge us another $15 for waiting an hour for him! I gave it to him just to get him away from us.
I ordered a passenger van, which cost more, and got a mini-van. I purchased a round-trip service and I had to call the company upon returning because they were late and they questioned who I was and what I needed. When I called for a refund of the difference on vehicle price I was offered another taxi ride (not needed nor wanted). I asked for credit card refund and denied. Told I was getting a check in the mail, which I never received.
We had to be at Logan Airport very early in the morning. The driver showed up right on time at 2:45 AM and we got to the airport very quickly. Thank you!

i was never picked up and never was reimbursed
i havent been reimbursed and after reaching out to the company, i still got nothing

Never showed up
Service sucks ! I confirmed the pick-up the day before and the driver never showed up the next morning. I was late for my flight.
