Everything went well. Driver was on time, the car was large and clean, and we got to our destination on time, and were picked up on time and delivered home upon return.
Service was easy to access, good confirmation info, and good follow up.

Excellent experience. On time, very helpful.
The driver was on time at airport, helped with bags, and was very pleasant.
The care was a little on the older side, though it was clean and well maintained.

Easy and enjoyable ride back and forth to airport
Very punctual and efficient
Some other limo services utilize auto texts that facilitate coordination and updates. MBC could benefit from doing something similar.

He never showed up!!!
He was rude and abusive on the phone and as I require wheelchair assistance I didn’t appreciate his demanding I meet him outside at the Limo stand with my luggage and I certainly didn’t appreciate his hanging up on me and not showing up. I sat in the terminal for over 45 min. before being able to contact him and find out the delay.
