Driver had scrappy bit of paper with our handwritten name on it, unfortunately he was calling out a different name! He couldn't remember where he had parked the car, even though it was correctly in the pre-booked taxi area. He told us he had damaged the front of the car on an earlier trip to the airport that evening as he had collided with the raised kerb around the exit barriers. He did not wear his seatbelt and said that he didn't have to because he was a taxi driver when we questioned why not. Driving very erratic on motorway, wandering between lanes and over cats eyes, and often at excess speed. This was the first time we had used a taxi rather than leaving our own car at the airport while we were away. Overall this was not an experience we would like to repeat.

I am shocked by the level of service you have received. I can't apologise enough. The driver that you had was new to the company and now no longer works for us.
The hastily written sign was not his fault. We normally print off signs with the company logo and your name, however the driver that was scheduled to collect you was held up with a previous hire.
Taxi drivers are exempt from the law on having to wear seatbelts, though I cannot understand why this is and we recommend all of our drivers and passengers wear one at all times.
The tracker fitted to the car had recorded and sent an alert that the car was travelling at up to 84mph. The excess speed and wandering between lanes is unacceptable and I apologise again.
Your experience falls far below what we expect of our staff. All of our other reviews are very positive and would like you to give us the chance to prove that we can be a better option than driving to the airport. I will email you a voucher to use towards your next trip should you want to give us a second chance,

Excellent! No better transfer-service anyplace I've ever travelled!
The drivers were bang on time. - My name on a sign and everything. Both drivers were polite, friendly, helpfull and had a great sense of humour and did not seem to mind that we chattet about this and that all the way to (and from) Stirling. Asked tons questions, and both were ever so patient and kind. Both drivers - I'd booked a return trip - were knowledgeable about relevant things. Both made the experiece of driving on the "wong side" of the road a pleasant one. Competent and professional, both of them.
Booking the transfer was as easy as can be! The web-site was easy to navigate and it took no more than 5 minutes to book, and get the transfer confirmed. - The rates were very reasonable - Worth every penny!!

I mostly had to call twice for the car to pick me up after I arrived at the airport: 1. after receiving my suitcase (you told me to call then) and 2. after arriving at the pickup point (the car was not there). It arrives after a view minutes but having to call again is a bit unnecessary (international call because of non mobil).
