Full price including pick up cost is not charged at time of booking. Prepaid return trip online at time of booking but then had to pay an extra £4 for pick up from airport (pick up area in car park). If this charge has to be paid for all pick ups then why not charge it at the time of booking ? There is no option but to be picked up from there !!
The driver, Gordon, was really nice and friendly, allowing us to have a good conversation. I liked that a text was sent to me informing me that the driver was on his way with a link to track where he was. I also liked that a text was sent when he arrived and collection from the pickup area was easy. The drive went smoothly and safely.

- They keep track of flights and try to cater for earlier landings, not always possible of course but a nice gesture when it can be done.
- Very reasonable price for the service, you'll save a lot of money from this company instead of jumping in the taxis in the pickup area.
