got a call 10min after the taxi should have already arrived. told me the driver was very close and would arrive any minute. asked them to confirm with their drive. 10 min. later got a call from the driver that he has arrived. It then took another 10 min for him to arrive (so in the end they stalled me long enough to not order a different cab).
We ordered the taxi to go to the airport (2 people 4 suitcases). The driver takes a surprised look at all the luggage, mumbling something about how to fit it. We were already late so I opened his trunk only to find it was half filled with crates of random stuff. He ended up putting 2 suitcases in the passenger seat.
Finally arrived at the airport, the guy clearly had little intention to help (probably knew he could forget about getting a tip) so I ended up taking out 3 out of the 4 suitcases myself.
In other words, don't trust this company if you need to be somewhere on time!
