Driver is short and needs a boost or a pillow on the seat to be able to see above the dashboard. He may also need glasses. He was pushing himself up to be able to see and really couldn't. He was swerving unnecessarily because he thought there was something on the road or the other car was close when they were not, driving in the middle of the road rather than in the lane, and hitting brakes and escalating none stop also unnecessarily.
Bad Driving, bad odor in the car, worst experience.
Driving zigzag. Driving in the middle of lanes. Blake too many times on the road that no other cars are on. Super slow. Too bad odor in the car. Was the driver drunk?? Please check if he has drivers license.
He was at the wrong house - even when I was flagging him down, he didn't see me. I was worried about his eyesight. He accidentally drove on the median because he didn't see properly. His driving was erratic (strayed lanes, hit the brakes randomly, didn't maintain constant speed) - I was afraid we'd crash. I will never use this service again.
I have never been more scared for my life than I was during this ride to the airport. I think the driver was either drunk or hadn't gotten any sleep in a long, long time. He couldn't stay in his lane and almost drove us right off the road numerous times. He kept speeding up and slowing down for no apparent reason. At one point, he tailgated a Mack truck on the Mass pike for several miles. It was raining, which made that part of the ride extra enjoyable. I asked him if he was okay to drive and he didn't answer. It was so bad I contemplated calling 911 from the backseat.

No child car seats - and the form had asked for their ages, so I was really disappointed they were not in 5 point harnesses at 4 and 2 years old.
