Driver didn't show up in time and was late. Had to cancel.
The driver was very late and dispatch could not tell us exactly where the driver was so we had to cancel the service and make other arrangements. I want my money back.

Ok
On time
Driver didn’t have exact change, and i needed to enter my cc # in his app. I chose pay by phone option and wasn’t able to do so.

Loved the convenience of schedule the ride in advance, I will use it again in the future.
Driver showed up exactly at the covened time.
I noticed the driver had some kind of vision impairment, he drove positioned away from the seat back, close to the wheel, and had difficulties to detect if the traffic lights were green or red. I don't know but maybe it was because the windshield glass of the cab was dirty inside.

THe driver was waiting for me when I arrived.
That the driver was waiting for me at 11 pm.
The cost was much more than Lyft, which I accepted because I couldn't be sure that my flight would arrive on time and I didn't want to wait outside at that hour while a Lyft driver could be found. I understand that I was paying for the secruity that the driver would be there for me and not charge me extra if the flight was late.

On time pick-up and got to the airport on time. Price discrepancy was NOT good
Drove really well through traffic and got to the airport on time!
Brakes squealed and driver asked for $65 upon arrival when I paid $70 on-line. I was upset by the $5 increase when it is advertised at a discount for paying on-line!

Horrible
I ordered the car online, 10 minutes before the car was supposed to show up I got a call that the car I ordered (Town car) wasn't going to make it and they were sending a taxi. 30 minutes later I was still waiting for a car in which I had to get the driver's number from dispatch and call myself to discover that the driver wasn't going to make it for another hour. The company took something that should have been a simple trip to the airport and made it stressful. I was also promised a refund as I wasn't able to take a car and am still waiting on it 3 days later.

The driver came early, which was nice
The size of the car was a bit smaller than expected, although it says it could fit 4 people and 4 pieces of luggage (it was only me with 3 pieces). Perhaps specify the bag size you were referring to

Took money my credit card and ask me pay cash to their driver. Still not see my refund $36.30 to my credit card.

They charged on my credit card but they said my credit card did not go through and want me to pay cash to their driver.
