Don't rely on booking on-line, it doesn't work. Call operator.
Driver was awesome
on-line booking didn't work, even though I received a confirmation e-mail. The taxi never came, and when I called the switchboard, they couldn't find the reservation.

Pre-booked car didn't show at agreed time despite confirmation of booking via email
Friendly driver
If I preorder for a set time and receive email confirmation the day before that the booking stands I expect a car to show up at the agreed time. Not to have to get the hotel concierge to ring up and rebook. Either accept advanced bookings online or don't! I had a flight to catch and planned my journey accordingly

Didn't show up and didn't care
Driver was friendly
I had a reservation and declined a free lift on a shuttle because I didn't want to screw over the driver even though he wasn't there on time. He showed up after having to call multiple times (busy signal constantly) 20 minutes late while we were standing on the road in the heat with our luggage. Dispatcher gave a BS excuse that someone else took the cab despite him having my name and being told I have my leg in a cast. Very shoddy.

Very old car but clean, driver was erratic in traffic in Vancouver - my youngest got sick in the car because of it.
Erratic driving, constant lane changing - last minute and at speed.

I've lived in Whistler a long time and whistler taxi consistently shows me what a terrible company they are. Constantly hangs up on callers, the dispatchers are ignorant. If you are going to use any company, go with Resort cabs.. or better yet, find a gypsy cab to take you for cheaper and less hassle.

Terrible
I pre ordered a cab via the website and I had to call the dispatcher anyway. The taxi finally showed 40 minutes past the scheduled time.
