Wonderful, safe, and friendly experience with Michael's Transportation Service.
Michael is a lovely and kind person. Communication was quick and efficient. Pick-ups were perfectly on time (actually early). I will absolutely be calling Michael again for my next trip to the airport.

I cant emphasize how awesome the service was. Michael was on time, drove safely and was accommodating. Superior service, thank you.
Punctual , polite driver and clean car but room for improvement
Punctual polite driver.
The car was an older suv and while clean, it was tired. The ride quality was quite poor. There was distinctive consistent “shutter” like the car needed new tires, balancing, or more. I did request a car, not an suv, only because I find cars more comfortable so not sure why a change was made.

The airport is so crazy these days - I appreciate the tranquility of leaving the driving (and parking !) To others
